- How can I place an order?

To order from Ezistock, you add the product you would like to purchase to your secure shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button in that listing or product's description page. You are then taken to your cart where you can review the details and Shipping Estimate* of your selection.

(* Note that you can check Shipping Estimate only once you are in your shopping cart. Also, shipping costs are estimated based on the aggregate contents of the shopping cart rather than individual products.)

If you would like to remove a product from your cart, click on the "Delete" button (red cross) to the right of the product you would like to remove.

If you would like to adjust the quantity of a product in your shopping cart, type in the new quantity and click on the "Update" button. Before manually increasing the quantity, make sure that it is not greater than the quantity available, as indicated on that product's description page.

You can check the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "Shopping Cart" icon located at the upper right hand side of all pages.

When you have all of the products you would like to purchase in your shopping cart, either click the “Check out with Paypal” button for an express checkout, or Ezistock's "Checkout" button.

When you click on the “Check out with Paypal” button, the checkout will be processed in 3 steps.

Step 1: You will be taken to the next secure window where you can pay with your credit card (if you do not have, or do not want to create, a Paypal account), or create a Paypal account, or simply log in and continue with your existing Paypal account. You can here again review the details of your order at the top of the page and click “Continue”. PAYPAL DOES NOT COLLECT PAYMENT AT THIS STAGE.

Step 2: You will then be returned to Ezistock's website where address information, etc, is used to calculate shipping costs. You can enter a Discount Coupon (if any) or Special Instructions or Order Comments (if any). You can click on the “Continue Shopping” button located at the bottom of the page to the right of “Continue to Step 3 - to review and submit your order” message.

Step 3: You can here again review or edit the details of your order and finalize your order by clicking on the “Submit Order” button located at the bottom of the page to the right of “Final Step - to complete your purchase.” message. PAYPAL DOES COLLECT PAYMENT AT THIS STAGE.

When you click on the “Checkout” button, you will be given 3 options.

Option One: Checkout with Paypal Express. The sequence will be as indicated above.

Option Two: If you are a returning customer. You can login to your account, and the checkout will be processed in 6 steps.

Step 1: You can review your delivery, shipping Information and method.

Step 2: You can review your Payment Information, Billing Address, enter a Discount Coupon (if any) or Special Instructions or Order Comments (if any).You can select a payment method for this order. You can click on the “Continue Shopping” button at the bottom of the page to the right of “Continue to Step 3 - to review and submit your order” message.

Step 3: You can here again review and edit the details of your order and finalize your order by clicking on the “Submit Order” button at the bottom of the page to the right of “Final Step - to complete your purchase.” message.

The next three steps will be as indicated above, under "When you click on the “Check out with Paypal” button ..."

Option Three: If you are a new customer. You can Create a Customer Profile which allows you to shop faster, track the status of your current orders, review your previous orders and take advantage of our other member's benefits. The checkout will be processed in 6 steps.

Step 1: You can enter your personal information.

Step 2: You can review your Payment Information, Billing Address, enter a Discount Coupon (if any) or Special Instructions or Order Comments (if any). You can select a payment method for this order. You can click on the “Continue Shopping” button at the bottom of the page to the right of “Continue to Step 3 - to review and submit your order” message.

Step 3: You can here again review and edit the details of your order and finalize your order by clicking on the “Confirm Order” button at the bottom of the page to the right of “Final Step - to complete your purchase!” message.

The next three steps will be as indicated above, under "When you click on the “Check out with Paypal” button ..."

- What are the accepted forms of payments?

We presently accept credit cards (processed by Paypal - no Paypal account required) and Paypal (credit cards, e-checks and bank transfers) payments.

- How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order when you log in to your account.

If you do not log in, or if you did not register with us, we will send a shipment notification email as soon as it becomes available. Please make sure your email address will not block emails from email address, and that you have sufficient space in your inbox.

If you placed an order more than 15 days ago and would like to find out the status, please do not hesitate to Contact Us (include your name and order number). You will receive a prompt response from us.

- What are your product warrantees?

At Ezistock, we will accept nothing less than your complete satisfaction. This means that if, for any reason, you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations, simply return it to us within 15 days for a refund.

- What are your return policies?

You can initiate a return for most new, unused products and unopened parcels within 15 days after delivery for a full refund. No refunds will be available after the 15 day returns period has expired.

You must return products in new or unused condition with all original packing materials and documents included with the shipment. We must receive your returned products at our office within 35 days after return shipping date.

We will then inspect the returned products when they arrive at our office and, as indicated below, we will either issue a full refund, or issue a partial refund, or issue no refund.

Case 1: If the return is a result of an error by Ezistock,* we will refund the full cost of the products value, original shipping charges and return shipping charges.

* Errors by Ezistock: the products are defective, the products are damaged at the time of receipt, the products are incorrect.

Case 2: If the return is not a result of an error by Ezistock and you initiate a return of an unopened parcel, we will refund the full cost of the products value, original shipping charges and return shipping charges.

Case 3: If the return is not a result of an error by Ezistock and you initiate a return of an opened parcel, and that the products show signs of wear, we will only issue a partial refund minus original shipping charge, return shipping fees, handling, gift wrap charges, duties and taxes. We will only issue a partial refund because products decrease in value over time.

Case 4: If the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at our office, we will issue no refund. Please ensure that all products are well packed in order to arrive at our office in their original condition.

Case 5: If the parcel has been returned to any address other than the Ezistock’s office, we will issue no refund.

Case 6: If the products have not been received due to an incorrect address or change of address, we will issue no refund. Please ensure to indicate the complete and correct shipping address when you are placing your order.

- How do you refund?

You can expect your refund within 7 business days of receipt of the returned products. We will notify you by email with the details of your refund, and we will issue the refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

- How do I return a product?

You can initiate a return within 15 days from the date your parcel arrives at your doorstep. Please Contact Us, and indicate the nature of the error when initiating the return.

You must enclose the original commercial invoice and packing list that was included in your order or we will not process credit for the return.

Ezistock is not responsible for any parcel damage or lost. You are responsible for packing well, using the original packaging, when returning a product to ensure that it arrives in the original condition in which it was received. You are also responsible for using a form of traceable delivery, and for insuring your package for your protection.

Please do not send the package C.O.D (Cash on delivery), as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D.
