We currently offer economy, standard and express international shipping services. You can check out the estimate costs of those shipping service by adding the product to the shopping cart with the "Add to Cart" button, and then by clicking on the "Estimate Shipping" button indicated on the shopping cart page. Please ensure to change the country to the appropriate country. You will be reminded of the shipping cost during check-out, and be able to select your prefered service, prior finalizing the purchase.

- Do you ship to international addresses?
We ship worldwide, direct from our office in Thailand.
Potential import duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees and charges that might be due upon delivery, are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with the Customs Office in the country of destination to determine what these additional costs might be prior to buying.
Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
Please also check with the Customs Office in the country of destination about possible import regulations or restrictions that might affect your shipment.
Please note that we will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms.

- What shipping methods do you use?
All items will ship direct to you from our office in Thailand.
For economy and standard international services, we ship your parcel with registered Thai post office.
For express international service, we ship your parcel with EMS.
If you need us to ship your order with your favorite courier (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT), please Contact Us to get a quote.

- What are the expected delivery times?
Unless mentioned otherwise, all the items being featured on our online retail catalogues are stocked in our inventory. All other items are made to order.
If you would like to order any other item, please Contact Us. We will contact the supplier and will inform you of the expected delivery timeframe in return.
If for some reasons we are unable to deliver an order within the guaranteed timeframe, we will immediately contact you.
Handling time: We will usually ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment.
Transit time: The amount of time that it takes for your order to reach its destination depends on your choice of shipping service:
Economy International Service: estimate delivery, worldwide, is about 32 days after handling time. That is altogether about 35 days (*) after receiving cleared payments.
Standard International Service: estimate delivery, worldwide, is about 15 days after handling time. That is altogether about 18 days (*) after receiving cleared payments.
Express International Service: estimate delivery, worldwide, is about 5 days after handling time. That is altogether about 8 days (*) after receiving cleared payments.
(*) The customer may experience longer shipping times due to customs-related delays.
