Artisan Poungtong transforms luminous turquoise and fluorite into an elegant choker. She sets the gemstones by hand on a silver base. The choker fastens with a sterling silver clasp. The silver parts are designed to be tarnished.

About the Artisan:
Poungtong was born in the late 50's in Lampoon. She trained in accounting and worked for a bank in Bangkok for a while. She soon found that she had a passion for jewelry, house and interior design. She has been designing and crafting jewelry - enjoying herself in the process - ever since. She now works from her home in Chiang Mai.
