The artisans of northern Thailand handcraft this shoulder bag with cotton. The small body features textile hand-woven by the Naka ethnic minority people. Golden cords and rain tree wood beads adorn the strap, while the bag itself fastens with a hoop over an elephant button carved from coconut shell. Fully lined with cotton, this unique accessory hides one inner pocket.
The Naka people leave in the north-west of Burma and the north-east of India. They are expert craftsmen.
