The types of silk produced in different parts of the world have their own unique and textures and sheens. Thai silk has distinctive features that are different from the Chinese, Indian and Italian silks. It is light, soft to the touch and one of the finest fabrics in the world.
Being handmade with a natural fiber, this scarf may vary slightly in colors, motifs, weight and size. The weave could also show small flaws or joins in the thread.

Care instructions: To keep its original appearance Thai silk should be dry-cleaned - never use a conventional washer. If hand-washed, use only the mildest soap in cold or lukewarm water. Always hang silk in the shade to dry, never leave crumpled or creased while wet. Always spray with water until thoroughly damp before ironing on the underside.

This product is woven in the north-east region of Thailand and finished by Miss Somruetai in her home in Chiang Mai.
